I don't think there are enough stars in the sky to rate these guys. Had a little problem with delivery so I dropped an email to find out what was going on. Liam phoned me that morning with an apology, an explanation and news that he was sending a repeat of the order and some other goodies, including their new JBX Pro box, on a faster post. He followed up with an email to let me know I'd been fully refunded, then with another couple of calls just to make sure everything was alright. All I ordered was a few wago connectors but you'd have thought I was their top customer! Brilliant service guys, you've earned yourself a customer for life.
